after a long stretch of daily posting, i took a step back to both work on myself and take a look at the direction this sub was going. i realized that while I enjoyed commenting on other people's topics because I know how to cut through the bullshit, i feel that my personal observations would be far more valuable.

I recently obtained a job working as a operations manager at a casino on the strip. I can't say which one because I know they google search themselves constantly looking for employee chatter. So while there is a slight risk to posting this, I feel the information is too valuable to pass up. Casino work is so enlightening for so many reasons.

1.people have no self control. every day i see people spending rent money, their kids school clothes money, even the mortgage on gambling. What the surprise is is how high a percentage of these people are women. When we think of gambling addiction we ALWAYS think of men, but every day, more and more women are searching for an escape from the perils of a hard day's work. I watched a woman leave her kid sitting on a bench for an hour so she could gamble away her paycheck. The rush and thrill and excitement is like crack to them, even more so than men.

2.Female Workers are downright evil. The female manager terrorizes the other female employees and fires them at a whim. Cocktail waitresses are racist beyond belief and worse of all, dress provocatively to get tips then feign indignation when they get hit on; they wanna use their looks to extract money, but heaven forbid someone calls them on it. Most importantly, the only men they treat with a modicum of respect are my jerkboy security staff who talks down to them.

3.Women are more delusional than you've ever dreamed. Because of scheduling, my lunch coincides with 6 of the female staff and their conversations are everything you imagined and worse. They believe cooking for a man is degrading and not a woman's job. They are all "independent" but most are in their 20s with kids and baby daddies. They ALL love 50 Shades of Grey but all of them are the most off-putting masculine women you've ever met. And yes, they're juggling multiple men with ease. The amount of thirst my male employee's possess is eye opening.

4.The office Christmas party was a drunken debauchery where alot of partners were cheated on. Funnier is how they all explained it away, as if the Christmas party "didn't count".

5.These women will refuse to do anything for husbands, boyfriends, baby daddy's, but if me or another one of the managers makes them work holidays or weekends, they are beyond obsequious.

6.I don't have sex with employees. Too much risk. Seen too many good men lose their livelihoods because women blackmailed and exploited them to death over sex. But any manager could bang any of the female staff without effort. They throw it at us every day. They're not even subtle about it anymore. I thought it would be hot at first but the it's actually rather sad and disturbing.

7.All is not lost. The restaurants in our casinos are packed, and I mean packed with feminine, charming, caring, and most importantly, idealistically ignorant women(another topic on this coming soon) who make each work day more enjoyable than the last by reminding me there are still good women out there.

I thought I'd seen the worst of women in the workplace but the past couple of months has shown me just how bad things have gotten. It has re-energized my passion for the Red pill and spreading the message as possible.
