Okay but why settle with correcting just this particular wage gap? Short men make less than tall men. Charge them less. Black people make less than white people. Charge them less. Stupid people make less than smart people. Start charging them less also. People with less education, mental disabilities, bad work attitude, lazy people... better start charging all of them less.

If we are going with the assumption that all the discrepancies in the salary between different groups are product of discrimination then you should at least be logically consistent and charge all the individuals based on what group they are affiliated with.

It's just that I've heard that treating people as a member of their group instead of individuals is racism, sexism, ableism, heightism, etc...

I'm all for men's rights and creating equality and this is a bullshit policy for any business owner to take on. A step in the wrong direction. That being said the wage gap isn't a myth it includes gender differences in pay in all job sets.
