I used to live in the Portland area. That was so sad to read. Seems like that guy had some mental health issues (alcoholism, depression, suicidal thoughts, etc.). I'm not sure about labeling this a "false accusation" depending on the woman's mental state. She took some drugs and drank--maybe she passed out? The article wasn't so clear. Why were they still living together if they've been broken up for 2 weeks?

I live in the Portland Area. I wonder if the King is the same deputy King I've met before, which I'm pretty sure it is, cause his partners name also sounds familiar. If it is, the guy is a total nut-job and doesn't care about people, at least not of the male type. He got called out to my place for domestic disturbance, I made the mistake of calling, and the entire time he talked to me he had his hand on his sidearm ready to draw it, even though I was the one who called, was the one distraught, was clearly not armed, etc. etc.

how come you can just be thrown out of your own house just by the word from one person.

like she said "i wont him gone" and so the police went and kicked him out. its messed up.

I don't understand how a GF can get someone kicked out of their own home.

For Example: You own the home, all bills are in your name and on paper you are the only person who lives there.

How does that work?
