Dating a true feminist is no different than dating a fanatic sports fan. The team they love is all they will talk about and any criticism you have about that team, no matter how true, will only make her angry that you dared attack her team.

Best advice I can say about your wants for love is to not hold back about what you want out of a relationship from her. Sounds easy yet so many people fail to explain their wants and needs in the beginning. Or they ignore things early in a relationship that build up and become huge argument starters later.

How about dating normal women who get a normal degree/education whom can hold a job that pays for stuff? Feminists get a degree in hating men, but they cant land a job with it, so they scornfully marry to gleefully take hubby to the cleaners down the road.

So I would have to go with a traditional girl. Of course thesedays they don't work in the fields or milk cows and do other jobs instead, like chemist or bank teller, but thats what I would go with.

The average woman is intelligent enough to change her views on feminism when confronted politely with a reality that she has hitherto avoided. If a woman was exposed to the other side of the equation and didn't change her views when confronted with evidence she hadn't considered before, then her political position is faith rather than evidence based and a relationship would be futile.

I got into men's rights through my girlfriend who is a feminist. I love debating her about feminist and men's rights issues, she seems to know a lot less about male issues compared to me with women's issues.

My wife describes herself as a feminist sympathiser (not an active feminist). She has no problem with my beliefs about feminism, because after I showed her all the blogs and quotes of feminists hating on men, she said it was fair enough to not be into feminism with so many haters (although she thinks they're not representative). I'm not an MRA, but I believe male human rights' issues will be the most transformative over the next 20-30 years, more than female rights.

personally, i much prefer dating feminists to traditionalists. MRAs and feminists have much more in common than MRAs and traditionalists do.

Depends. I wouldn't date a traditionalist. I might date a feminist if they were actually interested in equality and just used gynocentric language and shit that erased victimized males, since in interpersonal interactions that's largely fine, it's just when they have a platform to speak from and influence wider society that they become a problem. (A feminist who is interested in equality and isn't a gynocentrist isn't very likely to call themselves a feminist in my experience, since that's kind of, you know, gynocentric.) I'd also need them to be one who's interested in dialogue and not demands for acceptance of orthodoxy.

More likely i'd date an egalitarian, an individualist, a humanist, or an MRA, since those are all going to be broadly similar in interpersonal interaction but without the aggravating vocabulary and tendency to gynocentralize discussion.

I would very quickly go off a girl if she did she like expecting me to open car doors for her and such.

I think your perspective is colored by age and I'm going to go out on a limb and guess you're under 30. The vast majority of self identified feminists are under 30. When they marry (men) and have children (boys) and nephews and brothers-in-law, etc they mostly drop the feminist label. Understandably.

Once you get to that age you'll find that most women think feminists are fucking stupid. My wife (40's) is a fabulous, intelligent, cultured, accomplished person and she also thinks feminists are fucking stupid. She probably wouldn't identify as an MRA but she sure as Hell will never be a feminist. As you get older, you'll find many, many women think this way. And they're the majority of the over 30's.

If its between a traditionalist and feminist i say the feminist almost every time. if i wanted to date whore i would date a whore. thats all a traditional model of relationships is, your work so that you can buy her sex with productivity. naw fuck that. at least when you are fucking a prositute she honest about it.

I would rather date feminist, in practical terms for dating NAFALT is a thing. its only when you get political that nafalt loses its meaning because the radicals are in power.
