I'll share my college story but might not be much help.

I was with a girl. We dated. We fucked. We broke up after a while. Summer happened. We came back from summer, tried to be friends, ended up fucking some more. I got a girlfriend. She got a boyfriend. We stopped fucking. We stayed friends/in same friend group. Summer again. Now we're neighbors. She won't talk to me, look at me, even acknowledge my presence when I see her moving her stuff in. I find she's blocked me on all social media. I send her an email. Her sister replies back with something along the lines of "She wants to end the relationship she has with you and move on. That's it"

I say "OK that's weird, but whatevs."

Christmas comes. Come back from Christmas. Now it turns out she's been telling everyone for months that I had raped her. Anyone she could any chance she could. Half my friends now think I'm a rapist. Her roommates (my friends) believed me because they had seen our relationship throughout and know she said nothing about it for almost a year after we stopped having sex. All of a sudden she's very distraught over it.

We went to the Housing Director and alerted them to the situation before anything official happened. She said she'd keep it on file. Told my dad. He said if she filed anything we'd lawyer up and stomp her into the dirt.

She filed an "anonymous report" that she was raped, just to add to the statistics but pushed nothing on me since she had no evidence.

When I graduated it basically disappeared, except for my burning undying hatred for her.

So. Definitely be vocal about your side. Gather allies. Prepare to lawyer up.

If you can show with 51% certainty that these are trunped up charges you can sue her for your damages (lawyer fee, defamation of character) in civil court. Let her know you are planning to do that and hope she drops the charges.

Of course, the brain doesn't always work that way. You should think about counseling and anxiety treatment. This has the added benefit of putting another bullet in your lawyer's clip: they will be able to prove that your ex and the school caused you harm.

Most of the discrimination suits against colleges are vindicating the men who have been railroaded. The law is on your side.

Can you record the kangaroo court? Even if you don't release it until after you graduate, you could strike a blow for men's rights.

you should really be using a VPN if you are going to be talking about any of this stuff online. i have no idea how your school's evidence gathering process works but it's very easy to obtain your IP and then find evidence to use against you online. if it enters the real justice system, well, as they say, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. for now i would just be careful and not give any specifics about your case unless you are on a VPN, with browser trackers disabled. (get chrome and Disconnect chrome app if you don't know what i'm talking about)
