Told my wife about a Superbowl party i was going to 3 weeks in advance she was ok with it. My friend is disabled so he really needed my help to set this up. Come the day before Superbowl she tells me that if i go i will really regret it and our relationship will be over. I've been married almost 10 years and what she has put me through i didn't care. So i go setup and i head home at night. a friend tells me the police were looking for me. I give them a call and they say they want to meet up with me to talk about something dealing with my wife. I tell me how my day started she told me if i go t the Superbowl party i will regret it. Then they start asking me about threatening text messages. I say i want to wait and talk to my lawyer.

The officer failed to mention Miranda rights and also told me i was only being arrested on a misdemeanor. I get to the jail and they hand my my charges, 2 felonies class b and class c. The paperwork says i threatened her life in text messages and saying that several weeks ago i beat her. Let me put her into perspective in our 10 years of marriage i have never had any assault charges against her. She had 2 misdemeanor dvs and a felony assault for stabbing me. Yes im crazy for staying with her but i have a huge co dependence problem..

Anyway i spend 10 days in jail. I talk to my lawyer and she had actually called my lawyer and told them on record that none of any of the charges against me were true. She tried telling the da but since its a dv case they are still trying to prosecute. But her recant must of done something because they dropped the class be felony and dropped my bail from 10000 to 0 with third party. by the way i don't have a cell phone i occasionally use email to text her if there is a computer available.

So im trying to log on my account. It has been deleted and the password was changed on the 4th of February. Thing is i was in jail on the 4th of February and there is no way i could have done that. Also my Facebook has been taken over. Guess who it was her. One of my exes messages me on another social media site i use that she wasn't able to get into. she tells me my wife has been harassing her because she found some old emails i had sent her before i even met my wife and that she was texting on the same number that the account i cant get into. my ex filed a restraining order on my wife. I went through emotional hell before they dropped some of the charges i was looking at 6 to 10 years for what she claimed i did. The da has already made an offer to drop the other felony to a misdemeanor but i would server 3 months. Im going to fight it and with this new evidence that she has had access to my account im 99 percent sure she sent herself the text messages to get me arrested for not listening to her.

I just cant understand why they would arrest on just words. She had no marks or anything on her. She has multiple dv assaults on me i have no assaults on her. My lawyer says they probly dont even have enough evidence to indict me i havent talked to him yet about her breaking into my accounts. She has copies of my id and i know thats one of the ways to get a password change on facebook and email. Going through hell right now thank you for taking the time to read this wall of text.
