There is a very good point here:

A female student can no longer have drunken sex since she cannot give consent. Even if she begs the male student to have sex and writes a waiver he has to say no. He takes responsibility for her. In all circumstances it would be rape.

That is like saying a child is not mature enough to play with matches or use scissors, this makes female students out to be like children.

I don't believe there is a war coming between the evil feminists and the "good" feminists. This is what some people who still consider themselves feminists choose to think, but in reality, the bad guys won this long ago.

Former antioch student; even antioch college scrapped the "alchohol means no consent" cluase largely at the behest of sexually frusterated sex positives. If "but none of the guys are even trying anymore" got rid of it on that campus, it doesn't have a prayer in california.

Of course they never have any effect on all the laws the rest of the feminists pass. They are just there so we all know that even after passing every law feminists ask for the result is always sexist against women because "patriarchy".

Basically, feminists who are attractive and want to use it as an advantage vs. feminists who are not attractive and don't want them to have the advantage. Neither side is really an ideological stance, just competing types of self-interest.
