To date, what has the men's rights movement accompolished?

The influence and general acceptance of the men's movement is still in its infancy, at least compared to the influence and general acceptance of the women's movement. I'm not even aware of any politicians, at least in North America, who actively speak out about men's issues, let alone any examples of laws that have changed as a result of the men's movement.

What it has done, however, is raise the profile of men's issues higher than ever. It's still not high enough, of course. Most people are more or less unaware that men even have issues at all. But it's a lot better than starting at nothing.

Dead and Aggression threats for the next conference in Detroit.
Being shouted, laughed at (RedHead anyone?)
Being bullied (Cafe conference, fire alarm).
Humiliated through being accused of being rapists, child molesters, sexists....

That is a good step. Before that, our claims were just ignored and we didn't raise any voice. I guess they call it awareness.

Small associations for equality and/or men's human rights are starting and are being more public and less scared (In some podcasts in the last month I've seen 3 new and 2 do not want to say their names because they live in fear).

There is a conference going on too: good!

I've started to see MRA's to go to gynocentrist talks and raise their problems (Lucian in romania is one of them, and the most vocal about it). This started a dialog, that is also a huge step forward IMHO.

This week is the week of awareness. It seems that all the bullshit created by feminist mass media is paying off for us. Thanks bullshit mass media.

I've personally, started to research how are the things in the country I live right now, and how I can help. Congrats on that to the awareness team.

The MRM isn't going to accomplish anything.

Things will change. But it won't be lobbying or protesting that prompts the change. It will be the MGTOWs. The invisible hand, market economics. See, ultimately the only thing that keeps feminism in vogue is the continued willingness of men to date women at all, and as male attention becomes harder and harder to obtain, women will respond to what the dating market wants of them.
