Choice is yours but Yer young, there s time to learn stuff, be proficient at something you like, could be anything, sport, arts some field of work etc.. even if it comes down to living à life of solitude, it s better than checking out this early

- it's normal to be a virgin at 19

- you can get social skills later

- many successful normies come from horrible families

But most importantly:

- there's more to life than females bro. Don't base your self-worth on their unrealistic demands

Suicidal ideation is a good reason to get on therapy. It can take time to find the right therapist and approach for yourself, but it's worthy it.

Also, please, don't be in a hurry to die. Things can change, you never know where you find yourself in 10 or 20 years.

You already know the answer to this question. If there's nothing left for you check-out. If you think there's a spec of chance left keep going. It's all up to you. No one here knows what it's actually like for you. No one can give you a legitimate answer that isn't either biased by their own experiences or just flat out virtue signaling. Whatever you do don't stay in decision limbo for too long. Rotting away in aimless existence is infinitely worse than either option.
