Tl;dr: she was sentenced to 6 years in prison and put on the sex offender registry for life, but the court declined to declare her a dangerous offender with a high risk to reoffend.

Probably a little light for possessing child porn, but sentencing in Canada is usually not that severe.

It would have been an amazing story if Omni man's actual intentions were to weed out corruption before his people arrived, and he was on the verge of wiping out massive swaths of the population because of things like this. I understand why western producers wouldn't have the balls to adapt that into a cartoon or even publish that comic though.
