Go for 50/50 custody if that’s your state’s norm, it reduces child support. Get the 2 bedroom and make sure that is in your disclosure documents. If those are filed asked to submit an updated one.

Child needs their own space. I’m not sure what the housing market looks like for you. I bought a house instead of renting because rent was far higher than a mortgage.

I’d go with 2BR but $2150 is too much for your budget. You could probably swing it if that’s your after tax take home pay.

Try to find a way to increase your income. Get creative and think outside the box.

I’d be thinking up ways to double your income. Maybe that means community college or trade school. Set a goal and make it happen.
