I theory yeah... probably. In practice... probably not. Do women get punished for false r*pe allegations? Nobody cares that she lied unless it is so bad it pisses of the judge, even then, she might get a stern talking to at best.

Women lie all the time in court and they have their husbands arrested and thrown out and make insane statements like rape and abuse then they get proven wrong and 0 accountability.

In family court, hold an emotional woman accountable for false allegations? Nope.

In criminal court, hold a lying woman accountable? Nope.

At the police station, anyone care about holding a woman accountable for filing a false police report? Nope.

Been in all three. What country do you think you live in? Same country that traded a woman for the lord of war.

Do you have a lawyer who can help you challenge whatever false statements she made? I'm sure there must be something you can do procedurally to bring those falsehoods to light...assuming they are indeed "easy to prove." It might not be cheap to handle this, of course. But if it is proven that she lied, you might be able to recover attorneys fees from her, etc. Anyway, I'd talk to a lawyer.

However, if the accuasations are actually NOT easy to prove/disprove (her word against yours, without other evidence), yeah, then you're in kind of a nightmare scenario. But again, definitely talk to a lawyer.
