I dont think my lawyer is aggressive enough in my divorce proceedings.

My STBX has filed a motion for spousal support before mediation . The mediation date was set of this week and her counsel requested additional disclosure last minute - with not enough time to provide and now mediation got cancelled and they raised a motion.

For interim spousal support. I beginning to think this is some kind of strategy.

Question..if a motion is being raised can you ask for a new dafe to give your new consul time to take over your file ?
