Block her on social media. Stop looking at her socials altogether.
If friends try to give you updates, cut them off and tell them you're not interested in hearing it.
If the guy she's fucking is contacting you directly to harass you, get a restraining order.
If she's telling you directly, tell her you don't want to hear it, and remind her that the shoe will soon be on the other foot.
