My wife left me 3 years ago this week. From the time she mentioned she wanted a divorce (4+ years ago) I was for arguments sake a failed business owner and barely employed handyman. Today I own my house and am in line to be named CEO of the software company that I have worked at for the last 3+ years.

For all those that are struggling with divorce just know that if you take care of yourself, your career and your kid life will be SO MUCH better, but YOU have to do it, nobody else will.
