Do you think I'm in the right here? I'll give you the short version. My ex-wife kept my kids from me for three weeks because I went out of town. I went to a neighboring county and didn't violate any Covid protocols. From thanksgiving day until Christmas, I saw my kids for a total of 2 1/2 hours because she disregarded the parenting agreement and made her own rules. I now have the kids in my possession. My daughter told me that her aunt (My ex's sister) is in town from Florida for Christmas, and was at my ex's house yesterday. Should I keep my kids rather than bring them back to my ex's house, until she can prove to me that her sister followed the NY covid protocols? Either show me a negative covid test or prove to me that she quarantined upon arrival? Any thoughts would be appreciated as I like to get an outsiders perspective. Thank you.
