Luckily despite my STBX efforts to alienate my daughter of 3 from me, she has been resistant and has never had trouble being received on my days

We have shared legal custody, but my STBX unilaterally made my daughter available to the psychologist who asked at least one inappropriate question (which my daughter replied in the negative) after my STBX re-hashed some false allegations. She claims my daughter is regressing in behavior and potty training, while her school and I see no change (at least when she is with me).

The judge in our case suggested therapy as an option in our temp orders, stating we should both make D3 available regardless of who has parenting time.

I believe the thrust of therapy should be on educating us as parents (especially my STBX) as it pertains to our daughter and I do not want to expose my daughter to strange adults asking strange questions, which I believe does more harm than good.

I just don't know how to effectively communicate this to my STBX's counsel and to the court. Those with pre-k children in a similar situation, what is your experience with therapy?
