Just settled a drawn out divorce, only to have a notice of relocation filed by ex. We agreed to 50/50 plan through mediation awhile back while we tried to settle finances. We settled/divorced 6 months ago. Now she wants primary custody with in camera judge interview of kids. Kids are 15, 14, 10. There are no family or friends for kids in new state, all new. Ex wants to be the fun parent who gives kids all they want. I love my children more than anything but believe a parent needs to be a parent to teach them life lessons, give consequences when warranted, which isn’t what a kid knows they need and they definitely don’t like. It sounds fun to go to a new location, new home…

This divorce never ends. Any advice would be much appreciated on how to keep my kids.
