take pictures of the gifts you mailed them.

sure your Ex might throw away the letters, but once your kids are 18, or finally able to visit you , You'll be able to show them all the letters and gifts you tried sending, and you'll be able to repair a great relationship with your daughters.

If there is a custody agreement, how can she withhold access to seeing your daughter? That is contempt of court.

Documentation is your friend, you dont need to share with her you are documenting. Depending on your state you may be able to record your calls with her without informing her

Document, document, document so you can start building a case. withholding access is often not looked upon kindly.

As for shipping to walmart, you can’t expect your X to run errands for you unless she’s agreed to it.
