Just want to put out a note to all of the men currently going through or emerging from a divorce.

Happy holidays. Don't do anything stupid. Start planning for 2024. Post in this community with others going through similar issues.

If you are going through a divorce, then remember that the process will end someday and you will be able to start a new life. If you are recently divorced, then congrats on starting your new life.

When I got divorced several years ago, this time of the year was painful. It was the first time that I wasn't around my kids during the holidays. Actually, the first few years were painful this time of the year. I reached out for help via a therapist and crisis line.

Now, several years after the divorce, things are not bad this time of the year.
