So 6 months after filing, we went to mediation the other day. I got everything I asked for, not that she didnt try to screw me over, but her lawyer threatened to walk away if we didnt settle (He thinks she's crazy too...).

I got 50/50 custody, reduced alimony (time and money, although still a bit longer than I offered). I did get stuck paying out her lawyer fees, but I only have to pay her $500 in cash. I even got the dog she has been trying to keep from me.

Should only be another 45 days before the judge signs off and Im free!
