Hey fellas, my divorce was finalized on Monday! Big weight off the shoulders.. I’m buying my ex wife out for the house, and we also have mortgage on it. I’m good on the mortgage front on next steps, but regarding the deed, what do I do? Just get a quit claim from her? Anything else? I’m in West Virginia for reference.
