Bit of back story. She was messaging another man online last year, I found out and we tried to work on it for our two kids. Just over a week ago, I found that she met up with him and had completely lied to me about it, concocting a whole story of how she was out with friends. The truth is out now and she has admitted it.

Last week, my life was normal. Now we only argue in person and communicate via short text messages. She agreed to move out in the short term at my request but said she will come back next week. She comes and picks the kids up and I stay upstairs.

How can life change so quickly? I loved this person now she feels like a compete stranger.
