Well, color me fucking embarrassed.

Got STBXW served finally and waited until nearly the end for her to reply. Her attorney finally responded and she was talking about their buyout offer was coming in a few days. Then, the next day. Then it was sent.

My attorney said they recieved nothing and, shockingly couldn't get her attorney on the phone.

Finally, after 3 days, mine talks to hers......... there is no offer and they are waiting on ours. So, I ask STBXW about this offer and we haven't seen it. She straight up lies and says she called her attorney and they'll re-email it. I think, WTF call her out.

I say, your attorney disagrees and says there is no offer. She froze up and I gambled and asked if all the other shit she claims to have done (buyout prep) is a lie also. She says, yeah.

She was gaslighting my ass up, and I fell for it. At least I'm pissed and have zero issue going to court and forcing the home sale. She fucking wanted this, left, been a jerk, and did nothing she said.
