We submitted a list for them to choose a mediator from. After multiple contacts her attorney replies with someone my attorney has never heard of. My attorney says it doesn't work like that and they have to choose from the list and he reminds her attorney of that.

Realtor came by and apologized they mentioned it to STBXW and she decided to show up and was nothing short or a rude cunt. Realtor asked about her side garden that she had told her lawyer to tell use she'd replant and pretty it up prior to listing. She said nope to him. She'll be mad when she has to pay for 1/2 the job, but whatever.

Then that night we got a long list of items she has decided she wants and is 'willing' to give me $127.00 for all of them. Hell fucking no! I have the receipt for the $600 lawn mower we bought a month before you left.
