I don't know this guy or what he's selling, but for the price of one hour of your own lawyer to get access to an entire program and perspective from someone who's been on both sides of the bench, at the very least it will give you more intelligent questions to ask your own lawyer and help you to keep control over your case.

If only he could guaranteed making the other side behave reasonably

Keep us posted but here is the thing, 90% of cases don’t go to trial so perhaps you might not be able to implement information. But if you do go to court then hopefully it’s useful. Usually these cases are solved with mediator who might be a former judge.

Unfortunately, for me, I had a judge that sounds similar to judge Anthony in terms of recognizing what was going on regarding custody (but that made it all the more important to make sure all the t’s were crossed and i’s dotted) who ended up leaving the bench.

The replacements have been an utter nightmare. I had to file a federal title 42 USC 1983 and 18 USC 242 civil rights complaint in federal District Court because, anyway it’s too much to go into in a comment, but it’s been going on for a long time.

The reason for saying unfortunately the beginning is because I know the difference between a guy like this and what else could be out there. In some ways made it more painful to experience such a difference. IMHO, you should be following everything This guy is saying. I don’t know him personally, but I do know I wish I’d known who he was in 2015 when this whole nightmare started for me because it would’ve made things easier. I don’t know the guy, but I’ve been reading what he’s been saying and having lived through it and actually having a very good relationship with my child after it was almost completely destroyed I can tell you his material is spot on.

YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN COURT. So you have to be totally on top of your game just in case.

And don’t get caught up in thinking that your kids aren’t noticing or don’t care. They are, and they do. they want you to know you’re there for them and even if that means fighting for a long time and never getting everything you want or sometimes not getting much of anything you want, you wanna be able to show them or for them to find out you never stopped fighting for them.

I hired Judge Anthony and purchased his VIP consulting. I have had one meeting. I explained my case, and he assisted in pursuing relocation/custodial parenting to present to my attorney a way to keep my foot in the door while I am working internationally; explained other factors, like evidence gathering, overpaying historical bills, etc. I have several sessions, I will keep the group posted. So far, so good, though.

Just FYI, I also bought his "Custody Case Mastery" program, went through it in the first few days enough to see that it wasn't going to help my situation at all, and requested a refund to their support email who had already replied to me once, asking for them to honor their 5 Day Money Back Guarantee. They've been ignoring me and stonewalling me for 3 weeks now. I don't think he's as ethical as a prior "Judge" should be!!! I'll likely have an attorney write him a letter first thing in January if they haven't refunded me by then.

I've been looking everywhere for info on this. Only reviews I can find anywhere are the testimonials posted on his own site. Which, of course, are all glowingly positive. Did you find anything on it anywhere?
