Wife lied about abuse after saying good luck getting custody with DV on your record. She also was doing it to cheat on me in our house as the loser she cheats with lives with mommy. She emptied out our bank account the day I got out and then proceeded to overdrawn the account. Women can be pure evil. This is from a woman who claims to be Christian but when I tried to turn to God with our problems she turned her back on God and is cheating with a married man, the literal worst person we've ever known, the type of person Hell is made for.

Yup, ex locked me out, decided what I could have access to, and left that in a shed for me to limp back and retrieve. Lawyer said he could file a motion blah blah blah 4-6 weeks and probably $5k.

Need to file a motion to compel for the discovery data with sanctions. Sanctions means that you are asking for legal fees for this motion to compel if it is granted. That should throw some fire to her feet since you’ve waited long enough with no results.

You lawyer can file a motion with the court for you to be able to enter the home to retrieve belongings. Request an officer present, plus bring some friends to help you get it done quickly.

Kinda refusing to split car payment number 3 that she wanted that car.

Is the loan in your name? If it isn't then it's her problem. If it is then you're on the hook, but your name should also be on the title so it's your car. If you want to play dirty go to the deailer, ask if they can make you a new key, then go get the vehicle in the middle of the night and sell it to pay off the loan. Of course run this by your lawyer first, it could work against you if your wife needs the car to transport a child to school or the doctor.

Go luck brother, being in a divorce with a hostile stbxw is not fun, most of us have been there.
