Welp I tried everything to make the divorce as quick and painless as possible. She wanted it and now just blames me for kicking her to the street and taking her car away. All I am fighting for is the home so the kids can finish high school and the home has been in my family for 20 plus years. Looking back should not have bought it off my parents lol. She can afford it and won’t be approved to refinance it as she just became self employed 6 months ago after getting let go and does not have a locked in income. The other thing I’m fighting for is if she wants to keep her car she has to get my name off it. But she is under the impression she can just keep her car and will force the sale of the home. And after I offered to talk she refused. So it’s time to ignore her and just let the lawyers do it. I’m ready for a long and ugly fight but can’t wait to be done with her!!. Just venting and asking for thoughts and prayers as I go though this season in my life. Thanks.
