I have been sleeping at my parent's house for two nights now. Wife told me she wants me out and threatens to call the police if I dont leave. I have spent the day at home with our son but after he goes to bed, I've left to sleep at my parent's. While this is not a tenable situation, does this constitute moving out? I've only taken the clothes my wife threw in bags and tossed out the door. My clothes in the closet and all my other personal belongings are at the home.
