Hello, I’m looking for advice on what to do. I was married to my wife for almost 12 years and we have two children. She’s been a stay at home mom for 95% of the time. We were recently “separated” at the end of June but still sleeping in the same bed. So I assumed we were trying to work on things. July 4th weekend she went to a cabin with her friends and ended up sleeping with someone. She told me about it the next day and I blew up. I took her keys and her phone and told her to leave (a mistake I know). She refused to leave after several attempts (I did not hit or push her) I finally went to bed because it was late. The next morning we were fighting again and she finally left. I originally wanted to work on things with her. But she has been saying she doesn’t trust me and is scared of me. She only wants to talk about the kids or the house, and nothing to do with us. It’s almost been a month and I’m still paying for everything because I’m not wanting to make it hard for the kids since she still has no job.

I know I just need to contact lawyer and just get the process started. But I don’t know.
