So divorce papers are being drafted in the latest update to my story. Looks like a clean break, and it’ll be quick.

I thought you guys were “cynical bastards”, because she was being so kind and nice in all of her pleas earlier. But when I told her it was over she became very calculating, cold, direct, and no longer wants to speak to me or be “friends” as she said earlier. Different person now. She was pissed that she couldn’t trap me. She even wants back the 400 dollar gift she told me to take when I left. So she can return it to amazon.

Holy fuck, you guys called it 100%. I was in a world of hurt if i stayed in that marriage or if we had kids. She ain’t my family, no sir. Hell, she may have cheated on me eventually. You guys helped me save my life.

I feel fucking free. Feels so amazing. I think i might move to austin or dallas tx in a year too, start a brand new life.

I saw the wedding album in the back of my car. Looked at the photos and cannot believe i married her. Its like a switch flipped and i now feel at peace and hopeful for the future.

Thanks for all of the words of encouragement. I really needed it and appreciate it guys. Hopefully i learned my lesson here.
