What can we do with a coparent that:

*Refuses to communicate (keeps me on block unless SHE needs something)

*Doesn’t follow the parenting schedule in the 50/50 coparent agreement. (Instead has our child 3 days (M-T-W), while we take every weekend Thurs-Sun.

*never has holiday plans for the kids (all on us)

*provides almost nothing, claiming poverty. (We’re paying for every field trip, outing, birthday gift, dr visit, etc)

*is verbally and emotionally abusive (very hard to prove, we know)

*keeps our child home from school whenever she calls in sick to work. (3 times already this school year).

Basically this person is become more and more of a deadbeat. She has unlimited free time. Yet we have to cut her a child support check monthly while paying all expenses, & can never have free time without a sitter.

It feels unjust. We want to figure out ways to even the scale, or even take punitive action. What are some things we might not have considered??
