Your son and a friend is not a party. Also, when the kids are having fun in the water you'll be stuck there sitting awkwardly with your ex.. made especially awkward if you have been doing the no-contact thing.

I wouldn't go if it were me. Let her plan her own events with your son, then you can plan your own event with him later.

My question is, why would she invite OP? She knows the pain she caused him. She knows how uncomfortable it would be for both of them. My only guess is her greener grass brown after she mowed it. Seems like a heat check to see if OP will take her back. Stay no contact!
