Is it possible the judge would order 50/50 custody and visitation for the temp orders/finalization. Was served today and in the temp orders my wife wants to be primary custodial, with me having every other weekend and Thursday for 2 hours. I want 50/50 visitation and custody. I feel that I have been thier primary caretaker but also feel that it’s best for our kids to see their parents the same amount of time. I’m terrified at the mere thought of not seeing my kids 50% of the time. I know it’s not in the Texas family code for 50/50 but would a judge issue it even though my wife doesn’t agree with it?
