File a report with the police. Contact your lawyer and let him/her know what’s up. They can hold her in contempt for that. Stay strong!. Sucks when she uses the kids to hurt you.

The police won’t help unless you have primary custody. File a parenting time enforcement petition at the family court. Let her explain it to a judge.

Her reason is that she is reading the parent plan wrong (I hope it is an honest mistake), but she is doing other things to mess with my awareness of what is going on with my daughter at school, block me from extra curricular activities, etc.

I will look for an enforcement petition form to file.

So, police will help enforce the parent plan on behalf of the primary/custodial, but not for the other parent? I never expected so much discrimination in my treatment.

Does the parent plan specify who is dropping off, picking up, or where this should occur?

If not, then could you just pick the kids up at daycare/school?

If the parent plan states that the mother will drop off, then you need to: (1) clearly communicate in writing your understanding of the parent plan to the mother, (2) wait for a response or the Friday drop-off time, and (3) file a police report and notify your attorney, if the kids aren't dropped off.

You will likely have to go to court to adjust the parent plan for the best interest of the kids (e.g. something that ensures the mother stops playing games with the parent plan).

If you have visitation details laid out in your order, the police will help. Otherwise, file a motion in the court. Let your ex now very clearly that you will enforce the visitation exactly as it is laid out & if she does not agree, you will approach the police and the court.

Police will give you this line "This is a civil court dispute and we don't handle that." Take it on the chin, record it, inform your lawyer so he can sue for contempt. That's about all you can do.
