Mirror is that you :) Exact same boat. I'm out of the house, she is living in the martial home which is an awesome house with all the amenities, bills are paid and the court ordered temporary spousal support leaves her with really good spending money. I filed Feb 1st and our court date is Jan 3rd. There is NO incentive for her to move on anything.

Mind you, we have to sell the house and she refused to even talk to me. So could have sold in less than 1wk with multiple escalation clauses in May-June for $1.5-1.6M. And now I'm hoping to sell for $1.2-1.3M. She has canceled mediation twice, and her first attorney withdrew from the case (unknown reason).

So 8 months of just status quo. I suspect she's not going to do jack until either a few weeks before trial or court ordered. Until then I'm just going to keep flushing cash. But it's OK, I can always make more money. She can't.

She's going to get the exact same deal in the end but minus like $250k! I can make up my loses in 1-1.5 years. It will take her over 16 years to save the money she's flushing, and that's being generous.

So in the end, I'm taking a short term lost for a huge future win (once divorce I can save $160-180k per year, which I'm going to use to set up passive income streams, invest and enjoy life). She's getting a large short term gain but taking a huge long term hit.

I hope your BS comes to an end soon. We don't have kids so that's a huge plus for me. And I can use an unequal distribution of equity from the sale of the home in lieu of alimony. So once this shit is over, it's over...
