Some of you may have read my post yesterday titled “Will she lie about cohabitating?” My STBXs discovery is due today, and I am hoping to catch her in a major lie about cohabitating with her AP. Well it is now 230 and my lawyer has yet to receive anything. I told you I’d update you today, but let’s change it up a little bit.

Will she submit discovery on time?

Please note, I’ve already submitted discovery to her. I own a business and I have 18 different credit cards between myself and the company. I also have 9 different bank accounts, serval investment accounts, etc. My discovery was over 1700 pages. When I was late submitting mine by her deadline, I was taken to court for a motion to compel immediately. Her discovery can’t be more than 100 pages total.
TLDR: She’s a massive hypocrite!
