He's probably not wrong in a sense, I can imagine a lot of TikTok's men's advocacy is basically just misogynistic MGTOW stuff, considering it is the absolute lowest common denominator of any Internet conversation anywhere. Applies the other direction too - some male rape disinformation set to a quirky TikTok dance got hundreds of thousands of likes a year or so ago. (I haven't seen anyone on the "other side" be that overt)

As far as I know, when someone says men's rights, it's either actual people fighting for equality, or it's incel propaganda. My guess is he's complaining about the second one, but I could be wrong.
