ITS NOT REAL. Its just a way for hurt men who been rejected to take the blame off of themselves and place the blame on women. Don't turn into one of those guys. Trust me. I've become one of them but I been in therapy for 3 years and Im just now healing from the bitterness I felt. I thankfully found a therapist that I look up to as a mother figure now and she has helped me tons. I discovered the alpha/beta male BS at 18 and at 23 Im just now feeling confident in myself around women. Please do not fall for it.

FWIW there is no guy from my twenties that I will "always look back on" as the best sex of my life or even remember as good sex. Most women have their best sex in loving relationships. Real life is not Sex in the City.

The men I am not with now are men I rejected for some reason. The man I am married to does not have those problems and I really really love him.

Women don't have this cartoon experience that we are like so valuable and wonderful and then we get to be 30 and we are like "oh no I'm becoming old and gross I better find any man who will have me so I can exploit him for money!" We don't have that experience because we continue for a long time after 30 to be considered valuable by men. I was 39 when I got married, I'm 42 now and if I had to date again I could do so.

What does happen is that we realise more about what we want in a man, and some of those things are not the stereotypical things we went for in your late teens and 20's when we listened too much to other people.

This Alpha Fucks / Betabuxx thing is a terrible mind virus and it will destroy all your relationships unless you fix yourself. I wish you the best of luck.

When It comes to the “Beta” that they’re married to with a good job as the TikTok talks about, they will use them for their money of course.

you can only attract "gold diggers" if you have gold worth digging. if you're not making multiple hundreds of dollars per year at a minimum you have nothing to worry about. if you do, it's extremely obvious when this is happening. dudes online making 45k a year do not need to worry about being used for their vast wealth.

But when it comes to sex, the woman will always remember that guy she liked back in her younger years.

people will carry experiences from their younger years forward with them essentially always. there is nothing you can do to avoid this, but more importantly, there's nothing you should do to avoid this. it's always good to remember that people do not operate in a vacuum. our prior experiences inform who we are -- whatever partners your future potential partner has helped her become the person who will date you, which is a good thing!

What? I am really happy I'm not with those guys I was with in my 20s. The love was different, more highs and lows, but the relationship I have now is way more steady, more balanced, more loving, more peaceful. I have no reason to leave the guy I'm with, because I'm happy

Those 2 guys I had relationships with in my 20s used "red pill tactics", even tho they didn't know about red pill. They were just abusive, they know it, and they deeply regret it. In those relationships I was literally always doubting, and always contemplating how to get out. Needless to say, those memories don't give me a lot of joy. I'm not sure if that's what you want for your 20s.... I sometimes speak to these 2 men because we all work in event management, so you get to cross paths every now and then. They have a hard time getting serious relationships now, they try but women leave them constantly now they are into their 30s because by that time women have learned what red flags in men are.

So, who are the beta now? In the end, most people just want someone to love, right?

I'm not good with words but I would like to put in my perspective on what op is saying, because I feel this. That overbearing thought that woman would see someone's natural kindness and niceness, and see them as a quick settle. That is so scary to me as a man, because you don't see me as you partner, you see me as last resort. Add this to the feeling that being a genuine good person man or women, your basically invisible, or an afterthought for later in life.

Mentioning the fact that for some reason the abundance of hyper masculinity, and seeing this behavior rewarded over social media. When men don't portray this and have regular healthy masculinity it comes off as you being boring, weak, or even gay. ( The amount of times I as a black man have been mistaken for being gay because I didn't portray the hyper masculine appeal seen on tv, or whatever someones fetish on what they want in a black man).

With all this going through your mind you can see why so many once genuine good young men are either turning redpill, mgtow, alpha, or just straight up not dating all together. Add some reoccurring proof to your reasons. It can quickly turn to frustration, then hatred for women. Then genuine good women hating these type of men. Now a back and forth screaming, and blaming to one another.

Op, I feel what you feel, and I like to tell you don't condone yourself in the bullshit what someone expectation in what a man is supposed to act or do. And because you don't portray there expectation doesn't make you any less of a man. Stay genuine and true to yourself. and I promise you someday you will find someone that loves you for that.

Men and women tend to have switch mating strategies.

That is their mating strategies are different for short term than long term.

This is really not true, I would only have sex with someone who I am attracted to. The standards for a longterm partner are way higher than for a one time thing. Also in looks. The person would have to really be my type. Also men who had a lot of hookups are shit in bed and have 0 self awareness about it. They just move on so quickly from one woman to the next who fake scream as soon as he touches them. They rarely actually give women any pleasure in bed. Sex with a 'womanizer' type was usually boring, barely felt anything at all, bad technique... Not even sure if that Was sex at all.
