To me, redpill is essentially the only mainstream safespace/hub for men to vent about their specific issues without being censored or banned. I think this is a bad thing because it generally just promotes a self-fulfilling prophecy of misery.

It has become evident that the majority of men that fall into this trap are on the neurodivergent spectrum - I myself am certainly a statistic of this demographic.

The fact is, I truly just believe that society doesn't give a shit about anyone. The powers that be are obviously just out for themselves and do not care about the suffering they inflict, we cannot trust our leaders (big fucking surprise...).

I don't want to stick with any sort of dogma, but I do personally find it hard to live within the nuance when I generally prefer something concrete and easy rules to live by. As I did the self-improvement and finally had success at becoming better socially, making new friends, and attracting women I realised that this success ultimately stemmed from 'masking'.

I've realised, despite the progress I've made, I'm not my true self, I have to be this way to fit in. Sure, on some level I guess I've experienced the nuance and learned, but I haven't built a solid framework to live by and I keep having mental breakdowns trying to figure out what to believe and live by.

It's hard to really stomach the fact that for someone to truly understand me is a rarity, and I don't mean this in any grandiose sense - i'm a weird motherfucker deep down. I don't know if the concept of love is real, or merely a fluffed up and delusional explanation for brain chemicals shifting in response to stimuli.

In short, I just feel like I'm actually wasting my time trying to even improve my career and do things when I'm clearly just going to end up spending most of my life working and constantly questioning how much worse society will get.
