After a very long and grueling thread yesterday I'm starting to realize that maybe that's my apprehensiveness towards dating.

I was brought up very feminist so in my head I thought that I could conduct myself anyway I please as a man but so far it seems like men are still held to the same hairdo or normative standards when it comes to dating.

Even though we live in this post-feminist world men are still expected to pay and to make the first move. And I'll be honest it's hard to take a lot of my female peers seriously or even female dates just because they tell themselves as feminist but still conduct themselves like we're dating in the 60s or 70s.

I know so many girls who hate s***-shaming but wouldn't sleep with a virgin because "x y and z" The Logic.

And yes I know you can turn down anyone virgin or not for any reason but the reasoning that I'm seeing as to why people apprehensive to virgins is just ridiculous.

If you are a girl and you like a guy stops sending cues because that's just a safer way for girls to communicate without putting themselves at risk of rejection. I'm not going to bend over backwards trying to guess you're weird body language. We are all adults and if it is true that we are trying to change the world then stop expecting meant to just get it and know because we can't read minds.

And I'm putting my money where my mouth is because I've never been a fan of Our heteronormative dating practices and as a matter of fact I would kind of like to see the opposite. It's always been a fantasy of mine to be courted and to be a househusband and I know that's not normal for a man but normal is supposed to be subjective.
