I had been talking to my guy about how I wanted to start trying making sourdough bread. I have 2 days off during the week, and was off to buy myself some things to start bread making.

After I got out of the shower, the doorbell rang. Mr Amazon had a package for me, that I didn't remember ordering.

Opened the package. A full bread kit. Bread basket, scorer with blades, a pastry whisk, a couple of shower caps, a bread scraper and a lovely bread knife. He'd heard me, listened, and got me exactly what I needed.

So, today, instead of shopping for cookery equipment, I'm baking bread, in my pjamas, with music on.
