All of this is hypothetical, of course.

If I wanted to leave my husband of 5 years, who is significantly older (yes I know) and significantly better off...

What would be the best strategy possible to leave this divorce with what I am entitled to? This will literally involve forensic accounting because this man loves to hide shit behind LLCs...

I'm not talking about 'take your shit and leave', I'm talking about hurting him in the only place where he has any feelings at all- his wallet. I'm at a bit of an advantage right now that I don't want to elaborate upon too much, but essentially I am in the home and he is not, with no access at the moment. This gives me the only tactical advantage I feel that I have ever had in this marriage.

Anyway, all solutions and suggestions are welcome. I don't need a lecture, I found and married this man way before FDS.
