Not to burst your bubble. But “thinking about” (what he said) vs doing (what you are implying) are two very different things.

You know him better than us, but most men just say these things to impress us. They rarely ever start and even if they do they don’t keep up with it.

I took years of dance as an adult- tango (mostly American Smooth), Latin, swing, ballroom... It is an amazing workout & way more fun than any exercise program I have ever tried. I am utterly uncoordinated, yet I can waltz & foxtrot up a storm. Backwards & in heels. Try it!

I'm sorry, but why does a man being willing to learn ballroom dancing from another man make him high-value? No one says "My girlfriend is so secure in her sexuality that she is thinking of learning how to swim from a female instructor!" And even if they did, that wouldn't equate to being a high-quality partner.

This is rubbish, just like that foot massage post from last week.

EDIT: Please note that this boyfriend was talking about asking for lessons from a kind person who offered to teach his skills for free. To me, this is a typical LVM tactic: do something that looks good for you in front of your partner, but only so long as it doesn't cost you. Better yet, say you're thinking of doing it and then get automatic brownie points! Why isn't this supposed HVM asking the girlfriend to take lessons together??
