Sorry but no, most of these are not HVM dating advice.

"Sexual compatibility" is the term that men use to manipulate women into sex before commitment.

"Get as much as you give" sounds greedy AF, not something a generous man would say. Like he's only willing to contribute the bare minimum of what he thinks she contributes, and men usually undervalue female labor and contributions, and overvalue their own.

"Express your needs" is redundant because men usually don't have any issues making demands to their woman. Listening to her needs is where they typically fail. Actual HVM dating advice would be "listen to your woman when she communicates a need"

Don't like most of these.

They do have standards. That's why men only show basic kindness to women they want to sleep with.
Men have a hard time dating an equal or someone above them because they're insecure. They say they want a successful intelligent woman, but the caveat is that she must be smart, but not smarter than him, etc.
Sexual compatibility, i.e. coerce women into sex early on so that you can juggle several women and eventually pick whichever one gives you the most while you put in the least.
Get as much as you give is inherently greedy. Relationships aren't transactions. You get whatever your partner wants to give you, and you give whatever you want to give, regardless of what you get.
Don't be jealous. Ok.
Don't try to control her. Ok.
Do not suffer in silence. Women are not your therapists. They are not responsible for building a man. It's one thing to tell your SO when something is upsetting you, but if you're unloading all your problems and expecting women to heal you, you are a lazy scumbag.
Express your needs. Since when has a man had a hard time doing this? Men tend to have a long ass list of things "their girl" must must be: thicc but not fat, doesn't (look like she) wear(s) make-up, sexy but not too sexy that she'll leave him for someone better, smart but not smarter than him, etc. etc.
Keep a hobby. Most of them think drinking and video games is a hobby.
Talk to her about her. If this needs to be said, then you obviously aren't interested in her. You should WANT to talk to her, not have to remind yourself to talk to her.
Help around the house? What do you mean help? It's your house too. You mean take care of the house too, not HELP. The house isn't her sole responsibility--it's yours too. Help implies that it's just her responsibility and he's doing her a favor.
