If you ladies only knew how accurate this is... I had a narcissist ex that would always say “I am a nice guy” “I care a lot about you”. But his actions never lined up. I told him people that are “nice” or “caring” don’t have to say it and just show it. That is how I knew the difference. He was rude always making fun of heavier set people. Caring?
