I love stressing men out. Especially when I view them as failed individuals. That’s how I knew I needed to take a break. I was stressing them theeee fuck out and didn’t want to end up dead somewhere due to an emotional piece of shit with no impulse control.

I find that by acknowledging our own actions, only then we can really learn from it and move on. We can do this, sis! 💪 I definitely regret writing a long a$$ letter for him thinking he would care. Nope!

There was no drama you created. A normal human reaction to unfair treatment is warranted. Modern society likes to call that drama. Any human being will react instinctively, when individuality is threatened, for survival. Trust that, always.

He caused drama by not supporting you IMO. of course you're going to be emotional! I'm so sorry for your loss.

Of course it was my fault because I “went about it the wrong way."
Classic. Btw this is you giving up your power by accepting responsibility for someone else's emotional state. If you believe that "if you'd done it the right way" you wouldn't have caused drama. You never "make" someone feel anything. They may react and they may be hurt, but that isn't your fault.

I've been doing some heavy research into boundaries and narcissistic manipulation tactics, I highly recommend it. Mostly because setting proper boundaries makes me feel like a bit of a bitch since it's putting myself as my focus and trusting my judgments which I'm NoT sUpPOsEd tO Do.

It helps to keep in mind that narcissism is a normal personality trait so everyone has it to some extent. I'd argue that pick mes even need to up their narcissism because it's a good thing in appropriate levels. Too little and you become codependent and rely on others for your self esteem, too much and you think everyone's responsible to raise your self esteem.
It isn't that some people are Narcissists and some people aren't. Everyone has some narcissism, which can make it seem like they're everywhere. All you have to do is decide "are they showing too much narcissism?"
Your body and mind will know as soon as they start disrespecting you to feel good about themselves. Respect your instincts and you'll do fine.

I needed this. I have a habit of battling everything and I don't think men value or recognise that. It changes nothing. Walking away ftw
