Narcissists are literally the worst. Every thing they do is to create a bond so that they can abuse you and get away with it.

This article resonated with me so much. I’m so thankful I never got to the self loss part of my relationship with him. I was close, but left him before he completely destroyed me as a person. I find myself still missing him, even after almost 2 years of separation and mostly being no contact. We have a son together so we have to communicate, but I’ve worked so hard to limit my interactions with him, for my mental health.

Wow... This completely brings to point why I felt so uncomfortable with this other guy that was courting me. He was on the Gaslighting stage. I didn't think of him of a narcissist, but it fits him accurately.
