Not as bad as this poor girl but, it kinda reminded me of my shit bag ex who, one year on my birthday, made us late for my plans for us to go out to my families restaurant, because his dad cooked lasagna (literary premade shitty frozen lasagna) and he felt bad, so we had to stay and eat it before going out, even though it was my birthday and I had already planned on us eating at the restaurant. (Also i share a bday with my mom so I felt extra rude because it was her time to celebrate too.)

This same ex also encouraged me to wear makeup because “you’re like a 7 right now but if you wore makeup you would be such a bombshell” and then when I started wearing it more he would ask who I was impressing and the usual scrote shit. He then denied ever saying I needed to wear it in the first place. SO MUCH GASLIGHTING.

He was also the type to randomly dump me (we broke up probably 12 or more times through out the course of our relationship) and I stayed with him for 6 fucking years of my life. 6! I could tell you all so many stories of his abusive bullshit. I’m thankful for FDS teaching me I have actual worth.
