Listening to a morning show and this guy calls in about how he got ghosted by this girl he met through friends. He's explaining how they've been on 5-6 dates (how do you not know how many) and he didn't even have an interest in a relationship (ugh) but now he's rethinking it. They went apple picking which isn't his thing but he went (so she planned this....) because he wanted to spend time with her and it's been two weeks and she's not responding to calls or texts from him.

Y'all... Be proud of me. The hosts of this show including the women are like awwww you're so great (for what, deigning to spend time with a woman who is probably amazing, like really apple picking? I wanna hang out with this queen) and I'm over here going nope, I need her side, this is fishy af.

So they call the woman. And she's like yeah what he failed to mention first off was that he cancelled on me the day before (ugh). So they say ok well that can't be the reason because you still met up with him the next day. Right, she explains that the next day he shows up WITH A HICKEY. And I'm like...whoop there it is.

So his response? Oh I told her I burned myself. So the male host immediately (men calling out other men, good) okay but what did you burn yourself with? Ohh...I mean... We weren't OFFICIAL or anything.

So then the talk switches to how ghosting him rather than just telling him bye the moment he shows up is really nice. And I'm thinking...nah. That queen made him do manual labor then ghosted him. She wasn't being nice, and she didn't need to.
